Growth Fund II assets are located in markets that have demonstrated substantial increases in population and job growth and exhibited attractive long-term demographic indicators. These markets include cities such as Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, and Raleigh. Additionally, the Fund focused on acquiring smaller transactions between $10-40 million where competition was limited and inefficiencies were abundant.
